Inde Navarrette’s SNL Episode Draws 5.2 Million Viewers

Saturday Night Live drew 5.2 million viewers for its October 31 Halloween broadcast, the season’s strongest audience so far. The episode, hosted by Inde Navarrette with Gracie Abrams as musical guest, surpassed the season opener hosted by Jalen Brunson, which attracted 4.6 million viewers.

The broadcast also delivered the program’s best rating among adults ages 18 to 49 in about two years, since an episode hosted by John Mulaney. It was the season’s top-performing episode on Peacock and the service’s most-viewed SNL installment featuring Harry Styles as host and performer, back in March.

Video clips and related content from the episode amassed 325 million plays on YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram and TikTok, setting a new season peak. Tom Hanks returned as David S. Pumpkins in the opening sketch, joined by former cast member Bobby Moynihan.

Druski is scheduled to host on November 7, with The Strokes as the musical act. Mulaney is set to host again on November 14, alongside musical guest Phoebe Bridgers.
