Mother of jogger fatally stabbed in Brooklyn urges killer to turn themselves in

On November 3, the mother of 28-year-old Katie Suarez urged the person who fatally stabbed her in Brooklyn to turn themselves in. Suarez was found with a neck wound on Friday, October 30, and later died.
