Texas man indicted on first degree murder charge in slaying at South Station, officials say

On November 3, 2026, a Suffolk County grand jury indicted 18-year-old Marico Levy on a first-degree murder charge in the fatal stabbing of 29-year-old Latavious Owens at Boston’s South Station on August 12. Levy surrendered to police in Texas on October 30.
