Jackson Set to Return as Week 8 Injury Decisions Loom

Lamar Jackson is expected to play for Baltimore against Buffalo after missing three games with an ankle injury. The Bills ruled receiver Tyrell Shavers out with a knee injury. Receiver DJ Moore and tight end Dalton Kincaid are questionable, though both practiced Friday in non-contact jerseys. Kincaid has a chest injury; Moore has a shoulder injury.

New England receiver A.J. Brown is questionable with knee and ankle injuries after limited participation in the final two practices of the week. Coach Mike Vrabel said the team would assess Brown on Saturday before deciding whether he could play Sunday. Running back TreVeyon Henderson is also questionable after missing two practices because of an illness.

Tampa Bay receiver Emeka Egbuka was ruled out after missing Friday’s practice. Kansas City, meanwhile, expects receiver Rashee Rice to return after a hamstring injury kept him out since Week 4. Steelers receiver Ben Skowronek is questionable, while Pittsburgh cornerbacks Doneiko Slaughter and Brandin Echols are out. New York Jets running back Breece Hall remains a game-time decision with a quad injury, and Philadelphia running back Saquon Barkley is expected to play while managing hamstring and back issues.
