Forecaster shifts 9 Senate races as Nate Silver touts Democratic polls

On October 29, Inside Elections shifted its ratings for nine U.S. Senate races toward Democrats, while forecaster Nate Silver pointed to strong recent Democratic polls. The races are in Georgia, Ohio, Texas, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, South Carolina, Louisiana and Mississippi, ahead of the November 3 midterm elections.
