Nacua and Aiono Reach Parenting Agreement in Paternity Case
The agreement addresses custody, parenting time, financial support for their child, legal expenses and fair costs related to pregnancy and birth, according to a court document bearing the signatures of both parties and their attorneys. The filing says the case may now proceed as an uncontested matter, but the agreement will not take effect unless a judge approves it. No ruling date was specified.
Aiono initiated the legal proceedings in June 2025, at 19 weeks into her pregnancy. She asked the court to establish Nacua’s parental relationship and sought full physical custody. Nacua acknowledged in a response that he was the father, while requesting genetic testing. Kingston was born on October 23, 2025.
Neither has publicly discussed the case in detail. Earlier this year, Aiono posted and later deleted a TikTok video describing what she said was a painful end to a four-year relationship. Nacua later shared a birthday message for Aiono, thanking her for what she had done and sacrificed for their son. Aiono has posted updates about Kingston on social media and marked his first birthday with photos.
