Hulk Hogan’s Widow Faces Two Lawsuits Over Alleged Conduct

Two lawsuits accuse Sky Daily, widow of professional wrestler Hulk Hogan, of misconduct involving her son, Hayden Hitt, and young women who spent time at the family’s Clearwater, Florida, residence. The claims include allegations that Daily supplied alcohol to minors and removed potential evidence after an alleged sexual assault at a party on March 28.

One lawsuit says Daily bought alcohol for a gathering at her home despite knowing minors would attend, then left for a wrestling event. A girl identified as Jane B. Doe alleges she became unconscious after sipping a drink given to her by John B. Doe, who she says raped her for several hours. The suit also alleges Hitt promoted her attendance in a group chat and guarded the bedroom door.

The plaintiff says she took a used condom from the room, while Daily allegedly removed other condoms and bloodstained bedding. She alleges serious physical injuries and emotional distress, and is seeking unspecified damages and a jury trial. The suit names Daily and Hitt in a negligence claim and John B. Doe in claims including sexual assault and battery.

A separate lawsuit alleges that Daily used alcohol and other conduct to encourage Hitt’s then-minor girlfriend to join the Church of Scientology. The woman also says Hitt physically attacked her repeatedly while she lived with him and Daily, and that Daily urged her to wait until morning rather than address one reported incident. She alleges Daily later evicted her after she contacted police. Daily did not respond to requests for comment.
