Maryland is the epicenter of Black political power. This election could be historic.

On November 3, Maryland voters are expected to decide races that could elect Black executives in Baltimore, Howard, Montgomery and Prince George’s counties, with another Black candidate running in Wicomico County. Candidates across the state are also seeking to increase Black representation in Congress, the General Assembly and county councils.
