Police: Hialeah apartment complex shooting leaves 2 injured, 1 charged

On Friday, October 30, a fight at a gathering in an apartment complex in the 6100 block of West 22nd Court in Hialeah injured two men; one was shot in the face during a struggle over a gun. Hialeah police charged 42-year-old Jonatan De Jesus Dzul Aguilar with aggravated battery and said the other man would not face charges.
