Man hospitalized after Gladeview shooting

Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office deputies are investigating a shooting that left a man hospitalized in the Gladeview neighborhood late Friday, November 6. The shooting happened at about 11:15 p.m. near Northwest 24th Avenue and 63rd Street.

Deputies found the man with what appeared to be a gunshot injury to his arms, authorities said. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue medics took him to a nearby hospital, where he was in stable condition.

On Saturday morning, deputies blocked off an area on Northwest 62nd Street with crime scene tape, and a person was seen being taken to a hospital. The available details do not establish whether that scene was connected to the shooting.
