Police Shoot Armed Suspect Near Gloucester Township CVS

Two Gloucester Township police officers were involved in a shooting near a store at 700 College Drive in Camden County on November 6, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office said. An armed suspect was hit by gunfire during the incident and transported to Cooper University Hospital to receive care.

The prosecutor’s office said no police personnel sustained injuries. Officials have not said what led to the shooting.

Police were called to the area at about 4:45 p.m. Video from above showed several police vehicles outside the store and tape blocking its entrance.
