Netflix Renews Nobody Wants This for Season 4
Netflix has ordered a fourth season of Nobody Wants This, the romantic comedy starring Kristen Bell and Adam Brody. The renewal was announced on November 6, a little more than two weeks after Season 3 arrived on October 22.
The show’s co-showrunners and creators said they were delighted to continue making the series. The creative team includes Bruce Eric Kaplan, Erin Foster and Jenni Konner. Netflix comedy executive Tracey Pakosta praised the creative team and said viewers around the world had embraced the show over successive seasons.
Season 3 drew 13.4 million views in its first two weeks and appeared in Netflix’s global Top 10 in both weeks, according to the figures cited for the series. Across its first three seasons, it has amassed 78.5 million views. Netflix calculates a view by dividing total viewing hours by a program’s runtime.
Bell and Brody lead a cast that also includes Justine Lupe, Timothy Simons, Jackie Tohn, Tovah Feldshuh and Sarah Silverman. Foster created the series and executive produces with the co-showrunners and others. The show is produced by 20th Television and filmed in Los Angeles.
