Four Patriots Miss Practice Ahead of Packers Game

The Patriots had four players sit out practice on November 5 as they prepared to host the Packers on Sunday. Cornerback Marcus Jones missed his first practice of the week with a foot issue. Wide receiver A.J. Brown, running back TreVeyon Henderson and tight end Hunter Henry also did not practice, with ankle and knee issues, an illness and a foot injury listed, respectively.

Brown and Henderson haven't practiced since the prior week. Both were also absent from New England’s road win over the Dolphins on Sunday. Henry was hurt during that game, while Jones first appeared on the injury report on November 5.

Eight other players were limited. They included safety Kevin Byard, who has a chest issue; cornerback Carlton Davis, listed with a neck problem; offensive tackle Morgan Moses, with a foot issue; and safety and special-teams player Brenden Schooler, listed with a hamstring problem. Schooler was first added to the injury report this week.

Wide receiver Mack Hollins and offensive lineman Greg Van Roten were also limited as they work toward returning from injured reserve. Hollins has a calf issue, while Van Roten has a hamstring issue.
