Joe Gorga Opens Up About Regular Botox Treatments
Joe Gorga, 52, has been receiving Botox injections to maintain his appearance, describing himself as a supporter of the treatment. He said the injections are a personal choice and do not harm anyone, while acknowledging that he dislikes needles and holds a stuffed animal during appointments.
Gorga said he gets one or two injections at a time at INJX by Nat Aesthetics, a Cranford medical spa founded by Natia Rufolo, a nurse practitioner who is joining the cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. He spoke about the treatments ahead of the show’s 15th-season premiere.
His wife, Melissa, has encouraged him to consider blepharoplasty, a procedure that removes excess skin around the eyes. Gorga said he does not see a need for it, and noted that a plastic surgeon had complimented his eyes.
The couple, who have been married for 22 years, have three children. In 2024, Melissa shared a photo of Gorga with markings on his forehead before a cosmetic treatment, referring to it as “brotox.” She has also discussed her own procedures, including Botox, lip fillers, breast augmentation and rhinoplasty.
Their daughter Antonia, 21, said in a June Instagram post that she had rhinoplasty. She cited a deviated septum and said she wanted a straighter, more symmetrical nose that still looked natural. Gorga also competed on Hulu’s The Mob, whose new episodes arrive on Mondays.
