Former Oklahoma Judge Arrested After Halloween Gunfire

Police said officers were called to a Duncan property at about 8 p.m. on October 31 after witnesses reported gunfire directed toward a group of Halloween trick-or-treaters. No one was injured. Authorities have not said what led to the shooting.
