KATSEYE Postpones Detroit Concert After Megan Skiendiel Falls Ill

KATSEYE’s November 3 performance at Little Caesars Arena was postponed after Megan Skiendiel fell ill. The group said in an Instagram Story that she was unable to take the stage and needed time to recover. The announcement came about 30 minutes before the scheduled start, as fans were arriving or already inside the arena.

The group apologized to those who had traveled or made plans to attend, and said it was disappointed not to perform. Venue operator 313 Presents also apologized for the disruption.

Fans were told to keep their tickets. They will be accepted for the rescheduled performance once a new date is announced, and ticket holders are expected to receive an email with further details.

Some concertgoers criticized the late notice, describing the costs and travel involved and questioning why the cancellation came so close to showtime. Others expressed sympathy for the group and said the members’ health should take priority over continuing to perform while unwell.
