Baby in Critical Condition After Bathtub Incident in Phoenix

November 1, 2026 — A 10-month-old boy was transported for critical care after being pulled from a bathtub at a home in west Phoenix. The home is near 75th Avenue and Broadway Road.

Phoenix firefighters were called after the child was found underwater in the bathtub. Officials said the length of time he had been underwater was unknown.

When firefighters reached him, the boy was still breathing and had a detectable pulse. They took him to a hospital, where he remained in critical condition. Officials provided no further information.
