Water restored after repeated DeKalb County main outages

DeKalb County crews restored water service on November 1 after repairing a ruptured pipe near 2318 Clifton Springs Manor in Decatur. The repair brought normal pressure back to the neighborhood, and the county said there were no active outages remaining.
