Chad Lowe’s Los Angeles Home Gets $3.249 Million Offer

The 3,239-square-foot Spanish-style house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and vaulted ceilings. Lowe and Painter bought it for $3.15 million in March 2025. The sale is under contract, with closing dependent on specified conditions being met within a set period.

Fiona died on September 29. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner ruled her death a suicide two days later. Lowe and Painter described her as loving, smart and creative, and said her parents and sisters, Mabel, 17, and Nixie, 10, loved her deeply.

In October, relatives and close friends gathered with the family to remember Fiona in a private ceremony. The family had also made its first public appearance since her death at the October 10 wedding of Lowe’s nephew Matthew in Santa Barbara.

In a statement after Fiona’s death, her parents asked for privacy and urged people struggling with mental health to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by phone or text at 988.
