Village Halloween Parade Returns to Sixth Avenue

The annual Village Halloween Parade is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. on October 31, bringing costumed marchers, performers and spectators to downtown Manhattan. This year’s theme, “Body and Soul,” focuses on human connection and expression in a digital age.
