USCIS Says Matched LA Voter Sample Was Not Born in US

A sworn USCIS declaration filed October 26 says everyone in the Los Angeles County sample of suspected noncitizen voters whom the agency matched had been born outside the United States, contradicting the county’s account of the sample.
