Kimberly Guilfoyle Returns to Florida, Staying With Ex-Husband

Published on November 5, 2026. Guilfoyle, 57, returned to Florida after leaving the official ambassador’s residence in Athens, where she had remained for nearly three weeks after her departure from the post last month. She is staying with Villency, her second ex-husband and the father of their 20-year-old son, Ronan.

Her departure followed controversy over text messages in which she allegedly asked donor Eric Deters to pay a $100,000 American Express bill. Guilfoyle and her lawyer said the message was generated by artificial intelligence and that Deters owed her the money. Deters has denied that and filed a defamation lawsuit.

Guilfoyle previously shared an $8.5 million Florida mansion with Donald Trump Jr., her former fiancé. He bought out her share after their relationship ended; he later married socialite Bettina Anderson. Guilfoyle has also said she has a good relationship with Villency, describing their friendship as lasting 20 years.

Sources quoted in the reports said Guilfoyle is unhappy with her dismissal and has personal grievances involving Deters, Trump Jr. and Anderson. The accounts also described alleged efforts by Guilfoyle and a former partner of Anderson to disrupt the couple’s relationship. Trump Jr. and Anderson wed in a Caribbean ceremony during summer.

Guilfoyle now faces finding a new home and deciding what to do next. She has been contacted for comment.
