Dallas and Denver Restaurants Land on OpenTable’s Top 100
Three Dallas restaurants and seven Denver restaurants were included in OpenTable’s 2026 Top 100 Restaurants in America list. The platform compiled the list using more than 11 million reviews from verified diners and other activity recorded between September 1, 2025, and August 31, 2026.
Dallas’s selections are Mamani, Mister Charles and Mot Hai Ba. All three are included in the Michelin Guide. Across Texas, seven restaurants made the list, with three each in Dallas and Austin and one in Houston.
Denver’s seven are Alma Fonda Fina, Alteno, Mezcaleria Alma, Milpero, The Wolf’s Tailor, Florence Supper Club and Guard & Grace. Four are part of Fonda Fina Hospitality. The Wolf’s Tailor is Colorado’s only restaurant with two Michelin stars, while Florence Supper Club is known for being difficult to book.
Restaurants had to use OpenTable and meet an undisclosed minimum number of diner reviews to qualify. The evaluation considered ratings, the share of five-star reviews, reservation alerts, advance bookings, capacity and direct searches. OpenTable published the selections alphabetically rather than in score order.
California led the list with 19 restaurants. Denver’s representation has grown from one restaurant several years ago to four and now seven, while Philadelphia doubled its number from the previous year. OpenTable’s dining trends survey also found that 69% of diners expected to go out for smaller occasions, 43% wanted more happy hours and value deals, and 70% said exclusive-feeling reservations would increase their interest in a restaurant.
