Charlestown High students, teachers ask superintendent to reconsider closure plan: "Not the only option"

On November 4, 2026, Charlestown High School students, staff and residents urged Boston Public Schools Superintendent Mary Skipper and the school committee to reconsider a plan to close the Boston school in 2028. The committee is scheduled to vote on the proposal on December 2.
