Actress Natasha Wilson Sues Over Alleged Dog Park Attack

Actress Natasha Wilson alleges that a dog named Scruffy attacked her at the West Hollywood Dog Park, leaving her with a lasting facial injury. In a lawsuit, Wilson says she was walking her French bulldog at about 9:40 p.m. on November 7, 2024, when she encountered Gregory Marcel and Scruffy.

The filing says Scruffy stood over Wilson’s dog in an aggressive posture. Wilson says she picked up her bulldog, but Scruffy jumped on her, causing her to lose hold of the dog. She alleges Scruffy continued attacking as she fell and tried to shield her pet, then bit her above the right eyebrow.

Wilson says Marcel accompanied her when she sought urgent care at Cedars-Sinai; medical staff stitched her wound and gave her antibiotics. The lawsuit claims the injury left a permanent, painful scar, changed her eyebrow and hair pattern, and impaired movement of her right brow. It also says she has been advised to undergo scar revision surgery and receive further treatment.

Wilson alleges the injury has kept her from her usual work and reduced her earning capacity. She is seeking damages for medical expenses, lost wages and diminished future earnings. The lawsuit’s claims have not been established in court.
