Cardi B Reveals Son Grey Marsean Diggs’ Name

Cardi B shared the name of her youngest child, Grey Marsean Diggs, while marking his first birthday on November 4. The boy is her first child with NFL player Stefon Diggs; she has three older children with her ex, Offset.

In her birthday message, Cardi described carrying Grey through a period of uncertainty and pressure, and said his presence gave her strength. She wrote that he had brought new meaning to a grey day and praised his smile, laughter and spirit.

The post included photos of Grey, including one in a doctor’s costume beside a Grey’s Anatomy sign. Cardi had announced in November 2025 that she had welcomed a baby, but did not share his name then. She later said she was keeping it private, while describing it as cute.

Stefon had confirmed the baby was a boy shortly before the birth announcement. Cardi’s birthday post also disclosed the name she had kept from the public until now.
