Apple Sees AI as a Path to Growth Across Devices and Services

Apple is looking to benefit from the growing use of artificial intelligence through its own products and services as well as outside apps and technology. On its earnings call on November 2, Chief Financial Officer Kevan Parekh said AI could encourage customers to upgrade devices and create opportunities involving third-party apps, partnerships and Apple’s own offerings. He did not detail how the company might earn money from those outside apps.
