Vikings, Ravens and Eagles Emerge as Mac Jones Trade Options

The Vikings, Ravens and Eagles are emerging as possible suitors for 49ers quarterback Mac Jones, with the NFL trade deadline set for November 10. A deal remains a possibility, not a certainty, as each team weighs its needs at the position.

Minnesota is 6-1, but its offense has struggled despite having receivers Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison. With Kyler Murray at quarterback and the NFC North tightly contested, Jones could give the Vikings another option as they try to stay in contention.

Baltimore is 4-4 and facing a quarterback shortage. Lamar Jackson is expected to go on injured reserve with a thumb injury, while backup Tyler Huntley was hurt in Week 8. The team has turned to undrafted rookie Joey Fagano. Jones could help keep the Ravens competitive, and might be considered as a possible starter in 2027.

Philadelphia is also without its starting quarterback: Jalen Hurts is out for the season with blood clots. The Eagles could give Jones the remainder of the year to make a case for a longer-term opportunity, particularly with the division described as weak. The trade deadline is the next point by which any deal would need to be completed.
