Both LA mayoral candidates campaign in Nithya Raman's Encino district days before election

On October 30, Los Angeles mayoral candidates Karen Bass and Nithya Raman campaigned in Encino, in Raman’s City Council district, days before the election. They disputed who was responsible for changes in homelessness and public safety, while residents voiced support for both candidates.
