Search warrant identifies ICE agent who ran over man in Houston area

A sworn affidavit obtained in Houston and dated October 30 describes an ICE agent striking Miguel Parra-Hernandez with an SUV near Highway 6 and Clay Road on October 10. A Harris County investigator said surveillance video showed the SUV turn toward Parra-Hernandez, while local investigators had not yet been allowed to examine the vehicle.
