Texas nonprofit says it was impersonated in LGBTQ+ mailers. A judge cleared the way to find the sender

On October 27, a Texas judge allowed the Transgender Education Network of Texas to subpoena a newly formed LLC to identify who sent mailers impersonating the nonprofit. The pamphlets appeared in Texas mailboxes beginning around October 17.
