Robin Roberts and George Stephanopoulos Receive Walk of Fame Stars

The two journalists were honored in a joint ceremony on Hollywood Boulevard. Their Good Morning America colleague Michael Strahan served as emcee, while actors Michael J. Fox and Niecy Nash joined the celebration.

Roberts and Stephanopoulos became co-anchors of the ABC morning program in 2009. Their work together has included coverage of major news events, interviews and personal stories.

Ana Martinez, a producer of the Walk of Fame, said the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce was pleased to welcome the pair. She praised their connection with viewers and their contributions to broadcasting.

Photographs from the ceremony showed the honorees with Strahan, Fox, Nash and members of their families. Roberts was pictured with her granddaughter, while Stephanopoulos appeared with his wife, Ali Wentworth, and their daughters.
