What Fetchlens measures

Serbian news sites and radio, around the clock. Who is mentioned, in what tone, who published a story first and who picked it up.

Free, no account needed

Public search: share of coverage, most-mentioned entities, people, sources and topics
The public side: share of coverage over time, with the most-mentioned entities, people, newsrooms and topics.

Who gets mentioned

Every article is mined for brands, institutions and named people, distinguishing whether the text is about someone or merely mentions them in passing. That is why your results do not fill up with brands credited as the source of a photo.

Each mention also carries an industry, a type of business event (acquisition, tender, scandal, layoffs, sponsorship…) and, for people, their profession. So the question “most of my bad coverage comes from one topic” is answerable, instead of just “18% negative”.

Subject profile: mentions over time, tone by newsroom, topics and the list of evidence
A single subject's profile: how mentions move over time, tone by newsroom against the average, where the negative coverage comes from, and the sentence behind every mention.

Who published first, and who picked it up

The same text across several sites is recognised as one event, with the order of publication and the delay in minutes. You see the whole pickup chain — who started it, who followed, and how long it took.

Radio, which nobody else measures

Radio is recorded around the clock, transcribed and split into segments with exact airtimes. Those segments then go through the same processing as web articles, so radio and web sit in the same report. You also see which brands are heard in ad breaks and how much of the airtime is advertising.

Tone

Every mention carries its own tone, independent of the tone of the article as a whole. Tone is tracked per newsroom too, so you can see where someone wrote softly and where sharply.

Pick a set of subjects and a set of newsrooms and follow how tone moves over time — an entire board, or an entire competitive set, as a single line.

Check every number

Every article has a page showing exactly what was extracted and on what basis — each brand and person, how they were written, in which role, and with which sentence.

Names and search

Names are kept exactly as the media write them, and search finds them in both Cyrillic and Latin script, by abbreviation and by full name — “Tramp” finds “Donald Trump”, “NIS” finds “Naftna industrija Srbije”.

Accounts

Each user gets their own account, while lists and reports belong to the company that created them. An agency can run several clients side by side, without one seeing another.

Public pages show shares as percentages and the first five results. Absolute figures, the full archive, tone and reports are behind the login — pricing.
